we don't have a way of deleting the blog after spammer is banned.
4wheelin and BIO is working on it, but I think removing all posts first before ban is the way to do it.
Or Ban as Spammer option, which we don't have just yet. But that would delete all their posts too.

We'll get er figured out.
Or they will, I am off to town for a couple hours this morning
