I still cannot connect - Need Help

I put in the 12 number donation in user and pswd in credentials
checked my rocket - ok
reset mac address
rebooted box
factory reset
re-inputted all info

been trying for days

url = 11.iptvrocket.tv

notta thing

all a couple of times and still cannot connect to server, keeps asking for user and password

anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong ?

I tried that too. Still can't connect to server. I just did another factory reset and still nothing. Anyone else having issues ?

if you are sure all you info is correct,rhather than do a mac reset change it by 1 digit/number,login again and change it back to original if u want to keep it or change mac to new one in settings.

You have to put a user name and password in there for it to connect.
The user and pass is your donation number that was sent to you in email when you signed up for service.

Let me tell you what is going on. The server is not seeing your mac address. This is what you and everyone who is having connection problems should do. Always go to https://iks66.tv/main/search_mac/en and enter your MAC and captcha. If it says "This MAC Address 00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx is good and ready to join" it means your MAC is not connected. Then go and relink your MAC at https://iks66.tv/main/search/. To achieve this sometimes you have to do it up to three times consecutively. That is, remove the IP and save, go back and input the IP again. Repeat this three times. Now go back to https://iks66.tv/main/search_mac/en and enter your MAC and it would say This MAC Address 00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx is already in use. You are now good to connect.

I did that, except I have Rocket, and now I am back and connected to server with channels.

I went and resubmitted my mac address a bunch of times and reset IPTV option at the rocket site and BAM back on
