Really need help. No guide or channel info will load

Im hoping someone can help me. I just set everything up on a new box. I'm running 15.2 and URL NFPSF4. I click each channel And it loads fine. My problem is I don't have a guide or any channel info. What do I do to fix this. It's driving me nuts.

I also went from a firestick to a Arnu Mach 10 box. My channels never lagged with the fire stick but with this box which has more ram it's lagging bad. Tried other stream sites and they don't lag, so I'm wondering if it's the server. If anyone can help, please let me know.

Hello, did you try installing the new epg plugin update.. This fixed my trouble I was having with the guide not showing any info... You may also want to upgrade your kodi to 16.3....
