STB is blocked: call your provider error HELP!

Hi all please help..I am trying to use IP tv service from a reseller and am unable to use the service after inputting the server details and rebooting because I get the error STB is blocked call your provider. I have a working connection using another portal but I cannot get the second portal working. Whats funny is I was using the second provider a few months back and then stopped the service. I have already tried powering off the mag box and unplugging my internet, resetting the modem/router etc. What is going on here? is my mac address locked?

thats wrong mac address or need to reset or is your url right and password and user name on it too
