MAG 254 problems

Good evening I am having problem with the login on my mag 254 . i got my donations right from iks66 i have my donation # and route # i can go the the site and check my route and says it's up and running . i have had my donation number before the username and password came into effect . i am having trouble login in to the site and on the mag 254 . I get an error code signing into to the mag 254 and a message saying theirs a problem with username or password on the site. I have also did a reboot and check to make sure that iks66 is the only one in the system . i have read that the route # is 12-13 digits long my is 14 . i also read where someone said the change the secondary dns to 8.8.8.8 then reset box and modem and this didnt doing anything either . i have also read to rest iptv and it just gives me an error the same with trying to change mac address . if anyone could help it would be much appreciated . thanks to who can help

one other thing to check is ensure you box has the latest r14 file on board , which is the Mag254 software.
Some have said that once they had onboard then it connected okay.

But that error when resetting MAC address at the iks66.com site may be the issue.

ok thanks i will go check and see what the latest file is i know ii have did an update in the last few days

i just went and checked plus did another update and i have r14 version in the system . if the problem is with the site for changing address how can i get that fixed . when i hit change the mac address it comes up as the same one then i hit summit . i am affraid to change the numbers and dont know what to change them to and how will it know to connect to my mag 254

i just went to the site and changed the mac address link it said and when i submitted it it just went to a white page with nothing on it ???
