upgraded to r10 firmware now different menu

i had the r3 in my nag254 and read that the mag will work with the r10 . so i loaded the r10 firmware via usb fat 32 all seem to go ok after it rebooting when it was loading haft way thru the loading of the yellow bar the background change from blue to a light gray background . and when it finished loading the menu changed . all the icons tv, video club , setting , ect... changed to black and wight with a light gray background with only 10 channels . anyone know what went wrong ?

i have tried the r14 and only a some 200 channels are working , so i had tried the r10 and that is when thing went wrong . the menu and channel list have changed like a different skin all black and white and some yellow tried loading the r14 but still the same it device info show the r14 . but the the menue and channel guide are all messed up the embedded portal is ok look's normal system setting looks normal , its only wen i load the 66iptv portal it all looks ok till the yellow bar gets to a bought 1/2 way the background turns gray and when it boots into the main screen the tv icon and movie club my other mag works ok . these are pics of what it looks like

ok i got it when i went to the r10 the them setting in the portal change to digital i put it back to default and all is back to normal

This is ridiculous and untrue. Not mislead other users as stalker portal and MAG 2xx working as an integral pair and thus spoil the balance of the system.
This can be effective for boxes that use an emulator , but not for IPTV boxes from Infomir.
