The last post I read and replied to was asking when the service would be resumed and I was merely highlighting the fact that there's issues with all systems, all servers, etc (by giving my own example) and we all need to have patience. You'll notice I didn't ask questions on how to fix my issues so I'm not sure why that's regarded as hijacking a thread? Unless no-one can post in any thread unless they own that device? :-)

Appreciate you have a very difficult job right now and your efforts are appreciated but on this occasion, I think your reaction was a little overzealous!
