going to repurchase codes

I am tired of waiting since I ordered my codes on 1/26 and still havent gotten anything so I reordered the codes since the money never left my bank, After inputting the card number I got the page where it says the order number. It is stated like this

Order Number ****************
Payment Amount $520.00
Payment results Do not honour


does this mean that my payment again will not go through or does it say "Do not honour" because it hasnt been deducted yet?

May be a cc that does not do international transactions. Call your bank and allow.

If you haven't gotten anything and your card didn't get charged then you never did do a successful transaction.
Cards are charged instantly after a successful transaction.

I also forgot after I made my purchase that it's Chinese New Year. The actual day is today but many Chinese basically take the month off to celebrate.

Maybe it effects nothing, but it's something to think about

Your credit card did not allow the purchase for security reasons. A lot do not now! Call the ## on the card just before you complete your purchase and tell the person on the other end what you want to do. He will ask you some security questions and when he sees the request, he will honor the purchase. That is what I have had to do on purchases overseas and here in US.

That's exactly it your CC company needs to be informed that you want to do an international purchase. That is why you never got any codes to begin with as the order never went through.

They are starting to be released today. Ordered Friday and arrived today.
