Is iptv down can't get any channels to work

My iptv not working are they working on this problem

Everything up and running solid for past 10 minutes. Mag254

Can't change mac address all zeros and when I change and check it still all zeros...channels load but no English channels will play...my reseller is playing hide and seek so I can't get a legitimate order number for 1 subscription....now the one working box I worked 2 days on with the help of Dara now says Authentication Fail...personally I think it should say EPIC FAIL. I am as patient as anyone but its time to get your subscribers up and running regardless of your concerns about your service being hijacked. Until you can guarantee service your responsibility is to your customers. If I am saying it then you can be sure that everyone who is effected feels the same.

As if the Gods answered a prayer the one box is now working again...I stand humbled.

Avov vixo2 Up all channels I have checked are up and loading quicker than ever. I tried to check at least one channel of every tier.

Wishing the 500 series were back. I like the option of watching the PPV Movies from the begining whenever I want to and not when it had already started.
