No refunds, I cant get into the donations site as a reseller. Avov Vixo2 I changed to vod it disconnected, and wont reconnect reboot checked, and reset all info, in server settings still wont recon.

Can't change mac address all zeros and when I change and check it still all zeros...channels load but no English channels will play...my reseller is playing hide and seek so I can't get a legitimate order number for 1 subscription....now the one working box I worked 2 days on with the help of Dara now says Authentication Fail...personally I think it should say EPIC FAIL. I am as patient as anyone but its time to get your subscribers up and running regardless of your concerns about your service being hijacked. Until you can guarantee service your responsibility is to your customers. If I am saying it then you can be sure that everyone who is effected feels the same.

I have a Avov v2.ver.107 also down do not know if this is your 1st time .this is part of the satellite iptv game when we are up everyone is happy .but when it is down its hard on everyone.just remember what get for r donation .i feel for you but you will be happy in a day or two when they fix everything.for me thank god i got my iks sat still for back up
