two problems. 1 my renewal on my monthly sub a week ago not working, 2nd site

I have two problems..

Problem 1 is my monthly additional donation was renewed at the beginning of the week and still hasn't been re-activated. When emailing the iptv66 they say come here.

Problem 2, I'm getting the error below when going to the site https://iks66.tv/main/search_mac/en

Okay. I just wondered. A few months ago when I signed up for a monthly, I forgot to renew before the expiration date, and the service was reactivated 5 minutes after renewing without the need to change the mac address or anything to get it working again on the device..

When I check the mac address it says it's not been taken but the email confirmation from iks says it was assigned... not sure why it is showing up as available.

It says 24 days left but I haven't gotten to use it since renewing it, how is that possible?

I finally got https://iks66.tv/main/search to load in the browser. Apparently between renewing and now the mac address is showing 00:00:00:00:00:00 instead of the existing mac address of record. I did a change back to the one they had on record (copy and pasted from the iks email confirmation on the 1st) and "reset iptv."

The services are still giving stalker errors. Have not used it at all since renewing it the 1st and the https://iks66.tv/main/search page says the service expires in 24 days instead of the full month. When I tried accessing https://iks66.tv/main/search Wed-Thurs to check to see my status, the site said to wait 24-48 hours after ordering for checking status.

The other sub I have,that was a 6 month, still works.
