Crazed if you checked i tried Chrome, IE and firefox and all the same even reformatted my PC so it's not my browser. Android Man even reset my name and that didn't work guess time for a drink to see if that will fix it

are you using any kind of proxy setup in your Browser ?
These things are not seen and sometimes come with a program you had installed. I got mine from a dear freind. It allows my browsing to be auto proxied.
I have noticed in maybe 1 instance in last year that I seen webpages like I would thru a VPN or Tor... no options or clickable links available.

Big D, of course I checked ' I always check
Web Browser problem may effect all Browsers, depending on problem. I still say it is a redirect of some sort, like a proxy auto taking place, or something in them lines

we could go into the functions in windows to access these things.
I have no been there in ages so I do not know off the top of my head.

But there are things you can check and adjust, enable, disable and so forth
I would look in there. Well I would if I remembered how.

5 foot 6 and 140 lbs

yes we still tell our body weight in lbs and body height in feet up here in Canada, well the general public does anyway
