From whom did you buy the service? If from NFPS, Rocket or IKS66, they sent you an e-mail that contained the order number. If you bought from a reseller, you'll need to contact them for assistance.

Zangari123 i asked the same damn question but they are washing their hands. If they were going to implement this order # they @ least should have told ppleople to get it before this all S#$% happens. Lesson learned the hard way

It was talked about before it started. Your order number came to you with your donation. If from a reseller get it from him/her.

The reseller is gone. I think peeps should be given a chance to get in to change mac address for a few days with donation number due to all these problems. If we knew we needed an order number we would have asked for it when buying code.
