Changed MAC BUT it stays at 00:00:00:00:00:00

So I was able to get in and change my mac... 'MAC updated successfully'... I go back and check it again its still set to 00:00:00:00:00:00......

    For others,
If yous are getting all zeros like that, then make sure your receiver is off and re-try Linking the MAc

crazed 2.0... what does having the reciever off or on have to do with the site not being able to update the mac....? It stays at zeros even after it says 'MAC updated successfully'

    I understand that.
But it is not out of the realm of possibility that an inactive receiver may help with linking the MAC correctly.
