For others,
If yous are getting all zeros like that, then make sure your receiver is off and re-try Linking the MAc

ok did that now have new mac address but dosent match the one in mg254 is diferent .how do input the new mac address to mg254 so they be the same?

i understand their working on fixing server issues and upgrading things but at least email me back within a day when i email asking help, IKS 66 !

it takes about 3 to 4 days for my payment on card to clear anyway, so no harm no foul , but i hope when my payment clears
they help me get my service running.

Im having the same issue i cant change my mac address

I reset my mac and used the old Mac address (the last working one). Its still showing 00:00:00....... I can log in, but cant watch tv until they fix their issues.
