try 22 with a ip reset turn off box and back on after reset

Thanks for all the suggestions, I tried them all , and retried with no success, I.e. channels still not pulling.
When you say 'try 22' do you mean server 22? If, how do I specify this? I can only click on changer server.

some one said on server 11 and i said try 22 what url are you using

I was in server4, I clicked to change and it updated to server2

Update: just scanning channels and now MUSIC channel categories are working, channel 283, 286 288 etc are working but still nothing for the rest

Update: I entered my donation on a mag254 box and it works beautifully!
So back to my question, why won't it work on AVOV plus red box? The blue circle keeps going on and on.
The ones who were having problems, is your box ok now?
Any advise? Is the box faulty?
