New user.. Authentication failed?

Hi guys, I'm a complete newbie here and I apologise If I seem stupid or I've posted in the wrong place but here goes!

Just donated to iks66 and got my email through, filled in the server, mac address, username, password etc into pvr stalker client, and I'm getting an authentication failed error.
I read somewhere to try without username and password, so tried that and still not working.
Any help you can give me would be gratefully received.

Tonight I'm having issues with this. Was fine up until about 5 minutes ago and now all of a sudden it can't get the stream URL and I'm getting authentication error.

I would like to thank Apathy@ iptvtalk Great fix it works I got it had add 12 digit number for token as well
1. reset mac
2. 12 digit token -same number
3. 13 digit serial -same number + 1 extra random #
4. 12 digit device id's (both) -same number
5. 12 digit signature -same number

I have a problem. In October 2015 I bought 4# donation,and I didn't receive number order, now 2# donation are working and 2# are not, it shows error, I checked the mac is already in use. Please what shall I do to fix it, or put a new donation.
