Hi, I've just purchased a mag254 box but on set up the remote interferes with my tv functions. For example if I press left arrow on mag254 remote it changes source on my tv. If I press home it mutes my tv??? Yet it works fine on another tv in house? I have a hisense LTDN40D36TUk tv can you help please?

If the remote is UHF (radio))your TV might have the ability to use a different channel. If the remote is IR(infrared) you can place IPTV box so you point away from the tv to use it.
