They changed the Donation checker

I have a Mag 254. I have had it working fairly good for quite a while. Until now that is. I can't get the horizontal barber pole to load. I went to check or reset my Mac address and donation code. Low and behold, they changed the criteria that you have to input and now they want an order number as well. I had a catastrophic computer failure in the fall and lost everything. I still have my donation code only because I had it written down on a piece of paper. Who do I contact to find out my order number? Any ideas?

Yes I probably did, but when I say I lost everything, I mean I lost everything. Thanks for the try though.

He did get the order number but did not write it down. May be lost in the sea .

this is why your email accounts should be switched from pop to imap. if your computer goes down your email is held on your isp's server and can be gotten easily from another computer always safe just the way you left it

if you have the donation number, and email used to purchase, send an email to [email protected].. they should be able to give you the info
