In my case, it's not working. I'm having authentication faild. And I can't even change the Mac Address.

Enter Order Number and Donation Number > Change MAC
Done
NO extra User and Pass Auth anymore

But I still can't get service to work yet.

depending on the version of kodi you are using you may have an incorrect url for iptv66, kodi version 16 uses a different format of the url.

use this for kodi 16: http://mw1.iptv66.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html

but when i put the order and donation number i receive this message in red:

"Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged."

When i had to put only the donation number, it didn't happen.
