Is Any Non Mag or AVOV Box Working?

Yesterday I was glad that my unit a M8S would load the channels even though non of the channels would play. Late last night they did play. Shut the box down for the night and I get "Authentication failed: Retrying" and the second try I got " Authentication failed: ID mishmash: Retrying" It doesn't try again. Shut KODI down and went into Papiao and reset my mac: with a success message. Now I get the "Authentication failed: Retrying" only message and no connection. Very disappointed with service especially since I had to go to KODI 16 to get this far! I do not mind the extra security, but only if it is a smooth transition! Not working and not been a smooth transition! There is no answer !!!!

Nope, my Avov tvonline + box is down. Logs in and have guide but no picture. Working yesterday.
