can't re-link mac

Hello!
every time I try to re-link my mag 254 mac address on papiao search you rocket ,after hit change iptv mac address button and recheck it again,it appear again in 00:00:00:00:00:00.
I have 75 Remaining days i pay for iptv too and everting was good before past monday.of course I get authentication error after input donation to login/password.
any one have same problem?

I'm having the same problem. I am a couple days past my old rockets expiration. The best answer I got was that "it will eventually clear the mac address off the old rocket" but it doesn't seem reasonable for me to have to wait maybe weeks before I can finally watch tv. Ontop of that, my new rocket will be wasted. Can we get a better solution?

i have np with relinlking a mac just dont work yet so im waiting for them to fix all of this which they will in time

For some reason, I am unable to change the mac for the old donation, hopefully they fix this soon

Is there anyway of generating an available MAC address? Been trying to find one that works for ages. Just keep getting this message 'There's an error trying to update this MAC Already exists'

That's been worked on. There is nothing wrong with your MAC Address.

Ok.. Well I am having the same issue as Standen198 "There's an error trying to update this MAC Already exists". I have tried tons and tons of different combinations. I have pretty much given up. I cant possibly believe so many combinations could possibly be already used, when before every combination I tried always worked. So I am guessing its a server issue still being worked on. Hope it doesn't take too long to get fixed. If it has something else I can try I am all ears (or eyes in this case)

I am Unable change mac address can anyone help Please!!!! I TRIED CHANGING ON THE THEIR WEBSITE BUT IT KEEPS REDIRECTING ME TO THE MAC iD THAT I SET BEFORE. ALSO FOR IF I AM OUT TOPIC, BUT CAN ANYONE REFER ME TO HOW TO POST MY OWN TOPIC, I TRIED BUT CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT.......
