User Name and Password Error!!

One of my box works fine but another one saying error.
Can't sign in.
They are the same boxes with version 7.11

Any help? or is it the server? What do you think?

I am also getting a username and password error!

Was working fine last night after entering username and password for the new authentication method.
Today nothing was working when got home except video club; no TV
reset iptv boxes and re-entered username and password; now getting error, cant sign in. HELP!!!!

I believe it is the server issue, but hmmmm error message doesn't feel nice.

yep same issue here on avov tvonline plus enter the username and password comes right back to asking to input it again i triple check the numbers.

i got a box working
but having the username /password error on second box double all numbers and mac address still doesn't work it doesn't make sense that one box is working and the other one isn't

i echo those sentiments, makes NO sense to us here either..even edited to new mac (old mac belonging to androidy box)..papi said it was successful - edited mac in profile - rebooted box..
/open emu app/enter pass info/click OK

and for the 5th time now nadda!!
