Everything was working last night after the maintenance but now I can't get the portal to load.

This 254 mag was working fine yesterday when I first input code. but today as (right now) just blue line no yellow.

I don't think Authentication log in username & password is working right now. I hope they will figure it out what's going on.

Does anyone know how to retrieve your donation number? the guy I got it from is out of business and I do not have the email correspondence either

Are there still issues with the MAGs. Since February 2, the channels have not loaded on my MAG 254. I have put in my recently purchased donation number for both login and password numerous times and received the error message each time. The MAC address is linked to the donation number, but it keeps returning the error message. Would be grateful for any information on this issue; thanks a lot!
