    The answer to that would be no, if you go back in to check the route, still with the same MAC, no change takes effect.

    cleary they have been working on it because now I need to use order number and router but now I am getting error saying that my account has been locked and to email support for help...

    they of cause are look in announcements, web panel, login, etc needs to be changed.
