Test server is for both, rocket server went offline just before this test server went public.
Three services are using the one test server ATM.

I understand Rocket & NFPS are using the same server but who's the 3rd ?

Miami locals are back now up to 126 channels think new ones are Spanish, saw Concert in there not all working at the moment but is changeable.
