One more item...
I got past the black screen entered my password and no matter what... I can't get to click OK
mouse doesn't do it - keyboard ENTER key doesn't do it. How do I click the OK button??

Having the same issue, key board, mouse, remote wont let me click ok, ok is highlighted but wont work

I just used the remote on 3 mags to enter and worked great ( don't use keyboard )

I received an image by text from a friend, I'm told that it is working on his MAG 254, although the way the username/password box appears is different from the last time I saw it (individual boxes), the premise is still the same.

The moment you receive an "Authentication Problem" in a red box at the top in the center of your screen be prepared to enter your username/password again upon start up.

Reboot your mag, box will pop up enter donation #,s hit ok or done. Takes about 20 seconds to load up.

I recommend searching you donation number up, and re-link your MAC and try again. If you have multiple donation numbers you need to use the one that your MAC is assigned to.

The screen say Authentication at the top of the screen and right below that it say login and password I put in my donation number as login and password click ok and receive a error so I rebooted the box and the Authentication and it still don't go pass the Authentication screen
