Stalker Client NFPS Authentication Failed

I have been using Kodi and IPTV Stalker since it was first released as an addon but I am baffled I cannot seem to get past this failure. I have changed the mac address maybe 15 times now when step by step to see if I may have missed anything. Completely removed and reinstalled Kodi twice but nothing seems to work I still get Authentication Failed. I have even used the built in Stalker Client as well but in that case I at least get Channels unable to Load and past the Authentication error. I need help. I have tried this both on my Tronsmart Vega S89 Elite and on my Windows 10 Laptop with the same results. I keep thinking it has to be me but what I have no idea. I am going to post my setup if it will help.

Active Portal = NFPS
Mac Address = ##:##:##
Time Zone = America/Toronto
Donation = 4##########7
XMLTV File = 72 Hours
Connection Timeout seconds = 30

I am losing it over this I even purchased another donation for another box and nothing seems to be working? Any ideas?

Why would you post your mac address ? we all know the first 3 digits are 00:1a:78 ........you just supplied the last 3 digits for all to see

What good will it do you... you still need the donation code?

Try the latest version of the pvr.stalker.nfps in **********. Reinstalling Kodi doesn't completely remove userdata, you may have delete that folder in your installs after you do an uninstall. Also, instead of just changing your MAC, clear the field and submit to get you donation to show all zeros for the MAC then use a MAC that had worked before.

By the way, leave time zone as what it is in default... it doesn't do anything, and changing it might actually screw things up.

Thanks Dara but I still get the Authentication Fail message...this is baffling.

You could bump up the connection time out. If the maximum value won't work, you could make the change in the settings.xml to increase that.

The Authentication Failure happens pretty quick so I don't know what good that would do it says it is retrying but fails again. I will give it a go though who knows.

In general, my experience is when you set up the credentials on your client before you set up the MAC on the donation checker, it should connect. If you are getting the authentication failed message immediately, the server isn't getting what it expects, because it has a different credential stored.

Ok maxed out time...reinstalled Kodi...made sure all user files were gone after uninstall...changed Mac to a working one from prior install...still get same results. I just don't get it. This started a few days ago with an open url problem and it has escalated from there. I hate this cause I have a ton of boxes out there with donations and I can't seem to fix my own.
