I ordered yesterday from iptvrocket and I received everything via email this morning, including order number donation everything needed including instructions..
Now the problem is that I keep getting the authentication failed error message so I can't load channel or anything. TV option soes not appear... I tried multiple times many steps and nothing.

What gives then. I ordered almost 2 weeks ago.

You haven't been charged.. thats an indication right there that there was likely an issue with your payment. If they don't get paid they are not going to send you codes.
Cancel that order number and reorder but I would call my credit card company and inform them that you are making this purchase and the amount and tell them to let it thru and only to let 1 payment go thru.
