authorization needed

im using a 254 and until yesterday all was good iturned the box on and I got a authorization needed message I rebooted the box many times but it will not load the barber poll looking thing does not turn yellow does anyone know what this is.

re link mac addresss from your mag 254

Check your donation/relink your mac address/ reenter your information in server setup. These are things you can try.

thanks rockycat,I followed the installation guide on this site and I can not get to the page were I can put in the mac and donation info,can you help me with the finding were to put this info in,i have two boxes and two different sets of numbers one box works and one does not.
