Did you go to the site and put the mac addy in?
If so are you sure you have the url in the box right with no mistakes?

every thing is correct when entering the code it states that it is unable and try again

when I put the # in it says the information is incorrect try again and it for the mag254

sounds like you might be at the wrong papiao site.
If you have Rocket iptv and you go to the NFPS papiao site, you will get that exact message.
And vise versa if you have NFPS and are going to Rocket papiao site

I tied both and same results maybe its a bad donation # If not I give up to a lost cause

no, I can not do anything until I get the donation to allow me to add the mag address and it is a mag254 NEW BOX
