Order status

Hey guys new to this site , just a quick question. I ordered iks66 service on the 16th and didnt copy my order number ( was thinking it would be emailed ) so I can't track my order now , I have emailed there support with a msg back but no other updates. ANY idea on a time frame for them to get my order finished what's a normal wait time on this. I have been charged for the service just un sure of it with no conformation on there end .

P.S I have just been reading a few other post and think I have my answers just need to wait I guess

the prudant thing would have been to keep your order number. Paying for something and then tossing away the confirmation from the service, is kinda silly

If you have the method on which you paid and the last 4 digits of the credit card used and your email used , then send all that info to iks66 email.

Remember thou, they get 1000s of emails, so give your email a short title that will describe the situation

Thanks crazed 2.0 , it was a bad call on my part not saving that order number just new to this scene , was once on top of all the FTA gear back in the day and in a routine of buying something online a conformation would fellow my bad I will know for next time
