Booting automatically directly into inner portal or Private outer portal

How do you set in the settings for the Mag. 254 to boot automatically directly to inner portal after it is set to boot into Private outer portal ? Current it is booting directly into Private server outer portal on my Mag. 254.

your choice is to boot into main menu(outer portal) or last channel viewed..

So are you saying that one can't directly boot into inner portal after you set it to boot into main menu(outer portal) ?
If you boot it into last channel viewed it will start using your data bandwidth space even if you don't have your t.v. on and viewing it ?
