I think you need to be more clear. Stb emulator doesn't ask for email. So where are you being ask for email.?

I'm totally confused !I put my user ( donation ) in login , I put my ( donation ) in password clicc OK,and upper right hand corner ,RED ERROR appears, what am I doing wrong ? I have asked this several times and I still haven't got an answer !

Weren't the service providers able to warn us about the 1st February authentication date? I don't think I have seen anything for the 2 donations I made.
