Subtitles on MAG 250

someone has subtitled movies on your IPTV panel ? if they have them rolling subtitles in Mags? I'm with this problem, everywhere the films open with subtitles least the mags? has anyone had this problem?

I don't get how you use subitles with it. WHere do I add those codecs ?

On my MAG box subtitles and audio are somewhat different

The new MAG boxes also allow to be added the Closed Caption options.
