Mine just quit it will load the guide but when I call on a channel
it is blank no pic no sound. The other portal works just fine.
I even switched mags and the same thing.
I had to change out my modem but it is picking up the mag
so I don't think that is it unless it is the service. I even took
another service and it acts the same way.

I would think that should be ok did u reboot u modem router and the mag?
