Unable to load channels Stalker

Ok, so I was able to setup IPTV Stalker but I hear that setting up PVT Stalker is the way to go. I keep getting the error "Unable to load channels". Also, I am using an nVidia Shield Tv.

Here is my PVT Stalker Config for Portal 1:
MAC Address: 00:1A:78:XX:XX:XX
Server Address: 1.rocketserver.tv
Auth Credentials: Nothing
Guide: Prefer XMLTV
XMLTV Remote URL: http://nfpsf.**********
Token: XXXX
Serial Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXX (12 digits)
Device ID: XXXX
Device ID2: XXXX
Sig: XXX
(All different numbers)

I was giving a list of servers and one IPTV Portal, I have tried all of them as the server address and nothing has worked. Is there anything else I am missing? Is my XMLTV settings incorrect? I have been reading on this site all day and I have yet to find one full guide that will work for me. Any help will be much appreciated!

Check and see if your Connection Timeout setting in "Stalker Client" isn't set to 0. Mine was and once I changed it to 15 then Enabled the TV section twice then it is loading channels now. I think the Remote URL should be http://**********/NFPSF.xml - Please correct me if I'm wrong
