I would only assume that they would stop taking orders until this is cleared up or things can get really bad pretty quick.

yea they made good many times so all i would like just to hear from them not saying anything make it two time worse

Lol good question, I don't have one. I never called them. I usually contact them through email and everytime I do, they keep giving me a different problem.
