new donation not working

just renewed my nfps donation, says active on the papiao site, yet I cant alter my MAC I.D there (says already in use) and I cannot connect back to the server

can you load the old one then change it ?

no, shows it as all 00s in the field, when I type in the current one, says already in use and take me back to the same screen to edit it

can you load your old one on first then the new one or is it expired

the donation number? they both appear to be the same, old and new, but the papiao menu now shows it is active...it was inactive earlier tonight tho

oh so all you did is renew the same donation right then you should be good to go with that same mac address but cant have all zeros

which is exactly what I'm saying...the screen shows all 00:00, and when I add the mac id showing on my screen, says already in use, and just takes me back to the same screen to do it again..

something odd tho, it shows I have 2555 days remaining, which I know is not correct

lol well if it works for that long, ill b fine...should I have the server name listed as something above the url tho in my avov? don't believe I did before tho

dunno what happened, but I was able to input my mac address now, hopefully a reboot will kick everything back into gear
