go into your system settings and into updates and check if an update is available.
When you depress a button on the remote, give it a sec cause at times in that update option it may take a second or two to react.

i did that and there is no updates the box is up to date thanks for your reply and your help .

my donation is good and the url is correct i checked it over and over i can not figure out whats wrong but i am going to keep on trying thanks
did you use the right mac address from fuse i think you missed something

do this turn off router for few mins then when all green turn your box on see if that helps
