Catch up tv channels

Hi, sorry another newbie here that doesn't fully get this concept. I have ordered a mag 254 but haven't subscribed for channels yet and trying to decide which provider to go with.

So far iptvprivateserver seems to be my favourite but.....I have seen some providers mention that their service has 7 or 14 day catch up on some channels. I can't see any mention on this forum if the iptvprivateserver also has catchup included or am I being daft because the box (mag254) does it?
