PC Emulator don't work with channels on pc

Works good with vod with all players, with live tv vlc plugin choice in menu nothing on other players and it plays the Channel that opens in the small screen and big but soon as i click on other channels it freezes and i have to restart bluestucks that's on two laptops 4&2 gigs memory win 7 pc's i have tried mx xmtv vlc vlc cinema is there a plug in that i need or something? more memory wired internet or more internet $$ have 16 download speed Ohh and i think I got scammed with my two good deals M8 orders from China & Aus
both late 25 days now,I'll give them one more week?????
