Where can one download this bud? I went to kodi.tv, aptoide and goggle play store and all they had was ver 15.2

Aah...thanks....i thought development builds were for developers, for some reason, and never considered that.

you should Only download monthly builds of the kodi developing versions...or stick with the official beta versions.......

i download the nightlys nightly.... then again i make a weekly backup of my setup for when a build is broken and i have to downgrade
