1)After you have installed the STB Emulator along with the MX Player on your 260,(downloaded from google play) start up the emulator.
2)(put your remote in mouse mode: the button with the music note)
3)Once emulator has opened, Drag your mouse over the top right hand side of the screen and click on that icon (the one with 3 lines) which will open another window.
4)When the next window opens click on profile. Then click on test portal.
5)Once portal window opens type in your settings.
6)Make sure you type the mac address of your 260. It doesn’t seem to matter if the serial number stays all ‘0’. I also changed the portal language to English.
7)You can change the name of profile name to whatever you want. Go into portal settings and change the portal URL.
8)Now go back a couple pages until you get back to the portal.
9)Drag your mouse over the top right hand side again and click on that empty space to the right of the last icon with 3 dots. Then click on media player.
10)Then select external media player. A window pops up that says the emulator needs to restart in order to apply settings.
11) Once emulator starts again, go to the video club and select a movie to watch.
12)If you have the MX Player installed, a window will pop up to allow you select your media player. Select the MX Player, then select always.
The MX Player will play all movies you select when you are in the portal.
