Can't get Avov to connect

Hi..I've tried everything I can think of...Upgraded my donation...got the confirmation..downloaded TV Online..added the Mac Address to donation...it's there and says ready to go..went to server 1..put in the URL..[url]http://11.iptvrocket.tv left the "use Credentials" blank...and it won't connect. I then put it all in caps..nothing...caps and credentials nothing...no caps and credentials nothing..what am I doing wrong?
RIght now it's set like this:
Server 1
Server Url: http:/iptvrocket.tv
Use Credentials Blank

ohhh, you gotta use Credentials... that's your donation code gets enetered there.

Just tried that too Crazed...still nothing...Hang on....credentials coming up

and did you link the MAC to donation ?

I posted some guides for the avov models just recently. They explain the whole procedure.
I took great care in posting the correct info for the avov users, took me awhile too

I didn't get the TVOnline models but if you have that model, use the vixo2 guide and things will be similar and same for linking MAC.

I did...and checked my rocket and it's there...then I checked the Mac Address checker and it says it's good and ready to go...I'll check the Vixo2 Guide again..and your guides...see what happens
