You may need to try a different MAC if you are getting the "MAC already exists". In your PM. I beleive you said you have been using it with a different donation, so that one has to be cleared before you use it with the new donation.

soooooo i figured out what was going on there was a issue with my imac after doing a full clean install of my OS everything is working great thank you for your help everyone
