usually the one that cost more is the original, it happens a lot companies have their products mass produce cheap in China, the people there clone it and sell it cheaper, China is internationally known to make knockoffs, I guess you end up losing money when dealing with the chinese!!

In my view, a clone is described as a receiver that will use the same software files as another receiver . The other receiver would be the team that created and released the software files.
If at a later date, another company releases a receiver and uses the same software files (no work done on their own, just steal other's work), then it's a clone and that's a bad thing.
If it's just simple a production of the same box and the team creates their own software files, then that's business.

We all know of the clones outta china, the jynxbox was cloned but then later stopped using jynx files and they made their own. Good job is my view of that.

Nothing wrong with a re-production or even sharing the same production, just as long as you don't steal the use of the other's software files without doing the work on your own.

It appears that the software on the i9 has the ability to add IKS data. I noticed that the Fuse now has changed the software for the add on a bit and now has the DN sats in the list but the TP's are not up to date but there is a TP list.

its funny i was inquiring with a few different china sellers and only one when i said its an avov copy said oh yes we can't ship ours to north America they sell to that side

they others has no problem selling it.....lol


at the end of the day its just a new conversation that keeps me coming back to the computer and my wife yelling at me i spend too much time on the computer

with the fuse im still having a hard time to scan in 82 or 91 i know we cant get them at this time the iks kust wanted to try, but it is and issue when i try to change the dhcp in the network it crashes my box

i have not tried again with the new update ........
