Fuse box settings Issue

Seems I can't change the Celsius to Fahrenheit on the MickeyHop Menu, Also I can't Change the Date Format Either? and when in VOD "Videos On Demand Mode" My Favorites are not saving if so where are they? They is not option to view Favorites in VOD. Forgive me if these have been answered but I am new to Avov and there boxes, I usually can find the Settings in Setting Menu, but not in this case /
