    has the format changed?

    Before , all my tv was filled but now I am getting black spaces on all sides and everything seemed compressed.
    I am pretty sure I didn't mess with the settings.

    This works but everytime you switch between UK and US you need to reset the aspect radio Stretched 4:3 is quite blocky and a tad blury on fast motion hope they revert the US channels.
