QUESTION NYGICA 1800e

a couple questions on the MyGica 1800e. this is a new box for me and questions?
1. is there a way to set this box so you can use both the HDMI out and the VIDEO out at the same time or do you have to use one or the other?
2. in the upper left corner there are arrows pointing down about 6 of them what are they fore.
3. how can you delete downloads that you no longer need?

2 dont have box cant say click on them they should tell you
3 apps all you do is be on it and click menu a box will come up to remove them if that what you talking about

1. do any of these boxes work both?
2.that didn't work, but there are less today then yesterday-maybe downloads
